QS Services respects user privacy. This policy explains the data we collect, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and your choices when using qsservices.id.

1. Data we collect

  • Identity and contact data such as name, email, phone number, and business information you provide.
  • Transaction data such as products, order value, payment status, and references. We do not store complete card or payment credentials.
  • Service data such as project documents, consultation questions, correspondence, and support history.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device, browser, visited pages, cookies, and security logs.
  • Communication preferences and marketing consent.

2. How we use data

We use data to process orders, provide downloads, arrange consultations, provide support, send transaction notices, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, analyse website performance, and send marketing messages where consent has been given.

3. Grounds for processing

We process data to perform an order or service, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and on the basis of consent where required.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by Midtrans and the customer’s selected payment-method partner. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies. QS Services receives transaction status and reference information needed to fulfil the order.

5. Data recipients

We share data only as needed with payment, hosting, email, analytics, security, support, accounting, and professional service providers; with authorities where legally required; or as part of a legitimate business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website uses cookies required for functionality, security, cart, checkout, and preferences. Analytics cookies may help us understand site use. Advertising technology may be used on Knowledge pages according to site configuration, while product and checkout pages are not intended to display advertising. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but some functions may stop working.

7. Retention

Data is retained as needed for orders, product access, support, financial records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. When no longer needed, data will be deleted, anonymised, or access-restricted using reasonable measures.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encrypted connections, system updates, and backups. No system is entirely risk-free; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing. Identity verification may be required. Some data may be retained where necessary for transactions, security, or law.

10. External links and children

The website may link to third-party services with their own policies. QS Services is not intended for independent transactions by a child who lacks legal capacity without a parent or guardian.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will display the latest effective date above. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to qsservices.id@gmail.com.
